The owners and founders of the company Dr Schäfer & Partner have been dealing with real estates since the beginning of the 80's, a sector that personally fascinates them. After having administered personal family objects for a long time, and several successful years of Management within different and internationally cooperating enterprises, both turned towards real estate businesses.
Working on several real estate projects and overcoming difficulties of various kinds naturally lead to valuable experience which today is available to all those clients who care about consultation. In addition, specialized knowledge in the area of construction and the subject preferred by the company management "pragmatic ecological construction with architectural conservation of value" has developed over the years; both through continuous interest and personal experience.

Dr Schäfer & Partner takes care of customers in the sectors of real estates as well as real estate financing. The main focus on the one hand is on the procuration of purchase or sales and leasing immovables or enterprises. Available to private customers and costumers in trade, industry and agriculture. On the other hand the company focuses on financing real estates and also on movables and capital goods. A third and new focus is on private and operational provisions of assets and pensions.
